linux & flash
is there an editor to create flash mx files under linux (except the one of mm)
|
Hate to say this , but Flash IS a Macromedia product, and can only be produced using THEIR tools. They currently are not supporting the linux market with Flash MX. You should really be looking into wine, and pc emulation if you have to use flash under linux. Why not dual boot??

Check it out and let me know! It doesn't have a GUI, though!! |
you might have success running MM flash from wine or vmware.

Did it corrupt the registry? (I ask cause I've never used wine with an ACTUAL win install ... always just faked it)

I decided to trash my Wine and leave it there. I just need a Linux-program equal to Topstyle's CSS-editor and I can clear the Win-part completely!! LOL Ad |
Hint: CrossOffice 2.0.1 (Wine?!) works with Flash MX and DreamWeaver
I don't see much difference regarding speed and compatibility and use it every day. Hope this helps! |

u mean cross over office? that's a pay product I don't like to pay for computersoftware because it gets outdated to quick ... the only thing I ever did pay for was "dungeon keeper I" since then I always copied my stuff Then I switched to linux and now I only have free gnu/gpl products I don't like to pay for a gnu/gpl product. gonna check out ming as suggested before but I as said it hasn't a gui so drawing is probably waay to difficult... if anybody else has some suggestions don't hesitate to let me know the veggies Peeters Jeroen |
