Linux along side Windows in a vhd Virtual hard disk

Hi I am having win 7 and I want Linux non graphical (terminal) along side windows like Ubuntu Wubi installation.
Don't want Ubuntu only Linux without gui.

I know how to add grub to boot menu.
Can any one help installing Linux to a file like in Ubuntu wubi installation .

Get VirtualBox, then install Slackware and run it at the default runlevel 3, which is without X. Or Arch, which is minus X on install.

install MinGW
it builds linux source code ( most of it ) on windows and makes native windows ".dll's"( using dlltool)
and windows ".exe" binary programs

and you can even use windows "cmd.exe" with it , but you will fine that you will replace your cmd.exe use with the mingw bash terminal
