Lindows Installation with PCMCIA CDROM
I made myself a boot disk, popped it in and started the Lindows 3.0 install. PCMCIA support enabled fine. PCMCIA CDROM drive was not recognized. Bummer! The drive works great for DOS and Windows.
What now??? |
my friend had the same problem too. i did a extensive search for a solution. couldnt find any. so i did a network install on his laptop.
you can also do a hard disk install. i guess you are doing a dual boot. copy the contents of the CD's into a folder (windows partition must be FAT32) and make a boot disk form hard disk image and rock on |
