Question Lilo Problems

Hey,

I've got Debian running on my 2nd hard drive. It's a 80 gb maxtor hard drive. It's partitioned in the following way:
/boot 100 mb primary /dev/hbd1
/ 5 gb primary /dev/hdb2
/usr 40 gb primary /dev/hdb3
/home 30 gb logical /dev/hdb5
swap 1 gb logical /dev/hdb6

The problem is that I can't boot up Linux or Windows with my current lilo.conf. When lilo starts booting I get a bunch of numbers on my screen.

Here's what my lilo.conf looks like right now

boot=/dev/hda
read-only
prompt
timeout=100
vga=normal
lba32
map=/boot/map

root=/dev/hdb2
image=/boot/vmlinuz-2.2.19
label=linux

other=/dev/hda2
optional
label=Windows

Now, I have Windows on my first hard drive, I only have 1 partition but my dell computer seems to have 1 really small FAT32 partition for some reason. When I do fdisk -l in Linux, I can see 2 partitions for my 1st drive:
/dev/hda1 VFAT
/dev/hda2 NTFS

Any help is greatly appreciated
