Question LILO problem

I have recently installed Mandrake 8.2 on my machine, and it worked fine, multibooting with XP. However, I had to re-install XP recently, and as a consequence, LILO was replaced by NTbootloader in the MBR. Is there a way of re-installing LILO, without have to go through the rigmarole of re-install linux???

If you still have the installation cd or a boot floppy, no problem.
Floppy: just boot from it, log in as root and run 'lilo'
Installation cd: boot in 'rescue' mode. Mount your main Linux partition (let's say it's /dev/hda5):
mkdir /mnt/linux
mount -t ext2 /dev/hda5 /mnt/linux
Then:
chroot /mnt/linux
lilo
Reboot and it should be OK now.
