Exclamation LILO.conf

I remember a few months ago I's installed Mandrake, and there was somewhere in X windows where I could change the configuration of lilo, would anyone know where to find that in SuSE Pro 8.0 under KDE?

And where do I find the lilo.conf file using the terminal? Do I need to be logged in as root to modify it?
