i know people are going to hate me for saying this, but install windows :D if you are selling the machine then most likely the buyer will be attracted to windows anyways, but from what i've heard, LILO resides on the MBR of your boot-disk and when an MS operating system is installed, it overwrites the MBR, removing any traces of what you've done before, while this is a bunch of MS BS, it might help you, there are other ways, such as erasing the mbr or low-level formattng, but the easist would probably be just a windows installation, besides, your computer probably (unless it came with mandrake preinstalled) have some version of windows bundled with it (unless you put the cd into the trash can like a good linux user) :p
