Finding the package that provides the file libstdc++.so.5 :

$ yum provides */libstdc++.so.5
The reply is : compat-libstdc++-33 .
... Which means you can install the package with yum :
# yum install compat-libstdc++-33

( The package compat-libstdc++-33 is also available from the install disk.)
