GCC Compiler problem
I'm still pretty new to Linux...
First try, I got a "No GCC compiler" (or something along the lines of that, so I opened up Synaptic, and got GCC. Tried installing Gaim again, and now I'm gettin gthis:

See `config.log' for more details.
I googled it, and turned up a bunch of C++ compiler problems, but couldn't really find anything on my particular problem.
