Launching 3 other scripts in their own terminal from a script

I have 3 scripts which run properly in the terminal. I want to have them running simultaneously in 3 separate terminals. I want to write a script which launches each of these 3 scripts in their own terminals so that I do not have to do this manually every time. Something like following:

#!/bin/bash
konsole script1 &
konsole script2 &
konsole script3 &

Please help.

konsole -e script1 &
konsole -e script2 &
konsole -e script3 &

allend & linux2001: Thanks for your replies. Is there any difference between "konsole -e script1 &" and "bash script1 &" or they are exactly the same? Is there anything to choose between the two?

linux2001: "bash script &" starts the script in same terminal.
