Latvian language in Fedora Core 3
 

I have latvian keyboard file packet: lva and Compose

Before I had Mandrake 10 and I knew exactly where to put these files and where to edit everything. But Fedora 3 is different.

Can someone explain me where to put these files right and where to edit files?

My files use UTF-8 (lva and Compose).
