Laptop keyboard does not work with Puppy CD
 

It's an HP Pavilion dv4. I put the CD in, turn on the laptop, and wait until it asks me to choose which mouse I want, but I can't press OK because the enter key doesn't do anything! And the only way to turn off the laptop is to hold down the power button until it quits. Help!
