Please advise me which version should is use
for my red hat el5.4
apache?
php?
mysql?

If you want support from Red Hat then use the package versions that are part of the distro, otherwise it doesn't matter.

If you're using RHEL, make sure its registered with RedHat and use the ones in the repos.
Note that the latest 5 is 5.9, so you're a bit out of date.
If you don't want to pay, then convert to Centos, you'll get all the updates, but support is down to you.
