KPPP Dialup Tool Download

I apologize but this was previously posted in one of the Threads. I reposted it as a Thread.

I am new to Linux. I have a Sprint Wireless card and am trying to use it with Fedora 5, I think it's 5. Anyways I have got a wonderful .pdf file detailing instructions in how to install the card. The problem I have is that I cannot download KPPP dialup tool because I am not on the internet. Is this a tool that should be on the CD? Or is there a place I can go to download the tool and then install it?
My internet issue is the biggest thing, right now, that is stopping me from using Linux full time.
I'm also trying to set up Samba to be used as a server for my Windows clients.

Fedora 5 is ancient...support for Fedora 6 ended last year, the latest version is Fedora 9, which (as far as I know), comes with the full KDE installation, including KPPP.
