Kororaa freezes on boot

I downloaded Kororaa x86 2005 Beta2-R1 install CD and packages...Burned ISO-s and began the install. Everything went fine until first boot. After configuring devices I get this line:

Code:

Starting PCMCIA ...
CARDMGR[16169]:WATCHING 1 SOCKET

it stops here and all I can do is manual shutdown and boot in windows which is on other partition. My computer is Toshiba Laptop model: Satellite M50-148

I welcome any help.

*bump* anyone?

Try passing nopcmci option to kernel. Hopefully you can boot then and start troubleshooting. Probably building your own kernel is the way to go. Visit http://www.linux-on-laptops.com/toshiba.html, they may have some useful tips there.
