I'm using it right now. It's a web browser. Comes default with SuSE Linux.

Fire it up and see. It's also a filemanager, and ftp client, an image editor... It's pretty much the only thing I've found for quite sometime that does ALOT of things, and does them all fairly well (besides Mplayer, but that's a different story..).
