Unhappy Knoppix under virtual machine

I need to run windows and linux (I prefer KNOPPIX) at the same time at one computer. What virtual computer manager is better to use? Problem in WMVare is with framebuffer (WMVare shows it wrong) (only if switch from XWindows) and fullscreen (for example, Enigma under XWin don't works and I can only close it. And from console this game doesn't start).

P.S. "sorry my bad english" [q]

before hitting enter to boot from the cd press F2(or whatever key they assigned for boot options), i'm pretty sure there'll be an option like 'nofb' or something similar that'll disable the framebuffer.

yes, I know this variant (enter "knoppix vga=normal" to disable framebuffer), I'll try it. But I installing knoppix to virtual HD (not just booting from CD), so will be this option saved after installing (or where I can change it)?
