Question KMplayer not running on fedora 8


i have successfully installed kmplayer on fedora 8,but it is unable to run mpeg or avi files,and it is just showing the message"player mplayer not running".plz neone tell me what should i do.

I personally recommend SMPlayer over KMPlayer. Is MPlayer installed?

I think you need the gstreamer packages to play those files
