keyboard shortcut for tab-switching in firefox

I am used to hitting CTRL+TAB and CTRL+SHIFT+TAB to switch tabs in Firefox (from MS Windows). When I hit CTRL+TAB and CTRL+SHIFT+TAB in KDE, it rotates through my desktops instead.

Is there another keyboard shortcut for switching tabs in Firefox? I really miss this feature.

PS: It still works in Gnome, but I prefer KDE.

did you try ctrl-T ?

Go to the KDE "Control Center" and look at "Reagional and . . ." -> "Keyboard Shortcuts." You can chage/elinate the "tab" functionality there.

If you have a wheel mouse, note that there is a check-box under "Desktop -> Multiple Desktops" which will enable the wheel to shift between desktops, which sort-of obviates the need for the "tab" functionality.

I don't know firefox' defaults, but in Mozilla Ctrl+PgUp/PgDown
does the trick for me ... and I have Alt(-shft)-TAB set to cycle
through my Windows on one desktop, and Ctrl(-shft)-TAB to
cycle through desktops :)

Cheers,
Tink

Thanks everyone. I setup desktop switching to use WIN+TAB and SHIFT+WIN+TAB.

Mouse Gestures are really great once you get used to them. I highly recommend them.

hmmm..... could use the CTL + (number of tab here). Ctrl+3 = third tab etc...

works on my machine anyway. :)
