keybindings in KDE

How do you add a keybinding to an application in KDE?

I want to add the application 3ddesk to launch when you press a key combination.

I had a look in "control center" but it did not seem to allow me to add a new application.

IIrc, you may have looked in the wrong place.

I'm not a big KDE user, but I do seem to remember that when you adjust a program's entry in the KMenu applet, you have the option of adding a keyboard shortcut for it.

You might want to check that out.
