Question Kernel update

Can anybody explain to me in details how to update Fedora Core 1 kernel to from 2115 to 2188???? Or if anyone knows a website where this is explained.
Thanks for help.

I would install them both,then you can make sure 2188 works,if you do a update with yum I think it will install it then,david
