Kernel questions

Im trying to set up a WPC54G wireless card in my Mdk 10 laptop, and found a step-by-step on what i need to do.

It says to go to System -> Kernel, and find the files for your Kernel and click install. When i do uname -r in shell, it says i have 2.6.3-7mdk. There are several similar kernels under the Kernel list, are kernel-enterprise-2.6.3.7mdk-1-1mdk, kernel-i686-up-4GB-2.6.3.7mdk-1-1mdk, kernel-p3-smp-64GB-2.6.3.7mdk, kernel-secure-2.6.3.7mdk, and kernel-smp-2.6.3.7mdk.

My root is about 4gb, so i ruled out the 64gb ones. When i installed, i selected standard security, so im pretty sure its not the secure one. That leaves kernel-enterprise-2.6.3.7mdk-1-1mdk, kernel-i686-up-4GB-2.6.3.7mdk-1-1mdk, and kernel-smp-2.6.3.7mdk. What do i do?

the memory size (4gb / 64gb) is RAM, not disk space
smp is multiple processors
enterprise is for large servers

so this leaves you with the standard i686 one.
