Kernel panic while restarting

Hi, everytime I restart my computer or when I try to turn it on around 1-20 minutes after the last time I turn it off, Kernel panic message appears in a black screen. It takes about 20 minutes to get back work normally. Is there any way to solve this problem? Thanks for your help.
Tiago.

How can we help you? You haven't given us any information...nothing about your hardware, linux version/distro, or any of the error messages you're getting, or what you (finally) do to get things working.

To give you a generic answer to your generic question, "yes, there is a way to solve your problem".
