Exclamation Kernel Panic during MCE


I have ASUS PC with Pentium 4, 2.4 Ghz CPU.

I am using RedHat Linux.
When i try to boot my machine after GRUB loading message i am getting following message;


CPU 0: Manchine Check Exception: 0000000000000004
Bank 0: b20000001040080f
kernel panic: CPU context corrupt
in intrupt handler - not syncing

Pls guide me to come out of this error.
