I need to install Teamveawer on redhat, but during installation I An error occurred on the library "libc.so.6"
I downloaded the package from Rpmfind, but I was wrong and I installed that package on to another OS then once the machine is restarted, the operating system is no longer party referring the error:
Kernel panic - Not Syncing: attempted to kill init

Can I restore the OS?
I finally compromised if S.O. I can retrieve the applications that we turned on?
Thanks to everyone who wants to help

It seems to me that you have dependecy problem. It's saying you need Glib. I think it's listed as libglib...

I used the wrong glibc.
I used this x86-compat-libs-9.0-2mdk.ia64.
But now what should I use?
Can I override the glibc package?
Thanks

Use apt-get to install the right 1 and it will remove the other or replace.

Use aptitude that way you can check for other dependencies to find-out if they're available install, if not you'll have to most likely edit your /etc/apt/sources.list.
