http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kern...m/patches/2.6/

Those are just patches, though, not a complete kernel. As far as
I know they don't roll whole packages for individuals patches.

Cheers,
Tink

hey man can you tell me whats difference between -mm kernels and vanilla kernels .... i just havent got it ? and which one is the one linus works on and Y linux has 2 kinda kernels?

The -mm kernels are Andew Morton's patches to the kernel. Andrew Morton is one of the senior kernel developers (basically the number two guy after Linus if I understand correctly). His patches tend to be for experimental features that are being considered for the main kernel tree. As such, these kernels are not considered stable and definitely should not be used in production systems. Linus puts together the vanilla kernel incorporating patches from -mm and other development branches as they stabilize.

Linux has multiple development branches for the same reason most software projects do. There needs to be a testing version separate from the main released version. This allows new code to be thoroughly tested before it gets anywhere near a release designed to run on production systems.
