kernal panic error


i am using redhat enterprise linux 3. i am getting kernal panic error while booting.error is shown below.

kernal panic:no init found.try passing init=option to kernel.


need solution ,very urgent.

something is wrong with your grub (menu.lst/grub.conf) or lilo '.conf' file. It is not loading the correct kernel image.

Find the configuration file for lilo or grub. Make sure that it is looking for the kernel on the correct partition. Make sure that the name of the kernel is correct (make sure that it matches the name of the kernel bzImage that is found in your /boot directory)
