kdm: where's "new session" button under KDE (FC4)

How to get a new X session with kdm?

I am using FC4 (kernel 2.6.12, KDE 3.4) , with kdm as login manager and I log into KDE sessions.

What i miss is a tiny little "New Session" button to click when somebody else wants to use my computer, like Fast user switching. Ideal solution would be to press Tux+L and get to users list and click to a user which I want to log in,... but I guess this is not as easy to do.

It used to work for me under Mandrake, but I really want to use it under Fedora Core 4.

I looked at help:/kdm and googled it, did some kdmrc configuration, but nothing seamed to work.

thank you for reply, but I currently do use this variant with Ctrl+Alt+F1, startx -- :1, but I would really like to set up
an additional button, called New session, like in Mandrake.

any idea how to add the button to a dialog that pups up on locked display when unlocking?
