kde shutting down
 

Hello all, could someone tell me why my kde desktop keeps rebooting to the login screen? it would happen twice sometimes in a day. i am using mepis and konqueror freezes somtime when ever i try to drag and drop a file.

that sounds like x crashing to me and is most likely not related to kde
i had an x server that was very buggy like that until i recompiled it and took away all compile flags
even the default ones -- now it works fine
