Unhappy kde printing problem

Hi guys,

I'm using Mandrake 9.2 and trying to print using an old epson LQ-1050+ printer.
I use CUPS,
Openoffice prints just fine, but when i'm printing a pdf file using kghostview i can't print more than one page.
CUPS said the job is terminated by system, i don't get it.

What's going on? KDE bug? Any solution? (no xpdf coz i don't know the printing command)

Thanks

does it happen with any pdf file or just with a particular one? I once had a file that just wouldn't print because CUPS would terminate it. Never understood what was wrong with the file but happens...

Well appearantly, there's a bug.

I use Acrobat Reader (acroread) to print th pdf file and it solves my problem.
AFAIK Acroread turn the pdf page(s) into a temporary ps file and send it to kprint command to print the file.

Maybe if i convert the pdf file into a ps file, ghostview will be able to print it too.
