KDE/Gnome links in IceWM menu Dissapeared

Ive used several linux distros before but I needed to install on an old system... I found that Libranet 2.8.1 met my needs for this older system... when running Libranet 2.8.1 I went with IceWM as the primary window manager

anyhow in IceWM I had several menus in the start menu which included links to the KDE Menu and the Gnome Menu I added an entry to the IceWM start menu and both the KDE and Gnome Menu links dissapeared and now just appear as a line

I wanted to be able to find KwikDisk in the menu a little faster so I opened the IceWM menu editor and added a KwikDisk entry... when in the editor I did not see the KDE or Gnome menu but I saw a --------- in their places I added just above those my link to KwikDisk and saved the new menu Upon saving the new menu I lost my links to the KDE and Gnome menu... how do I add them back?

Some time ago I was using IceWM. I remember that there was a configuration directory at $HOME/.icewmcfg with various files for personal settings. I believe that I had to create this directory and then copy the various files from the system to this directory. If you have this directory with the file "menu" in it then you may want to copy the system default version of this file into your .icewmcfg directory and start from there.
