kaffeine xvid,divx codecs


does kaffeine play divx and xvid videos? where can i download divx and xvid codecs for kaffeine? and which folder should i install it?

kaffeine is built on xine but made for kde. xine does have most codecs in it so, to answer your question, yes, it does have divx and xvid. and installing drivers, you don't need to put them in the kaffeine folder, just install the drivers and kaffeine should see them and use them. also if you don't feel like installing drivers, install VLC (video LAN client) it supports more codecs than xine (from my usage it does).
