Javascript & flash player in KNOPPIX 7.0?

hey guys ive started using Linux ever since the hard drives in my computer n laptop died, its very useful but im new so im still learning.

i want to know if i can install flash player n javascript so i can stream youtube videos and play facebook games, if its possible than please explain how.

Also i know that Ubuntu 12.0. allows videos and facebook apps to b played but since my computer is older Ubuntu is extremely slow on it, thanks for the help guys

It isn't clear from your post whether you have installed Knoppix to a hard drive or are using a Live CD/DVD. If the latter, it is a read-only filesystem so any installations of software or changes you make are lost on reboot. If the former, you might read the following on possible problems. I don't have Knoppix, but there should be no reason why you could not install flash or javascript, other than the reasons listed in the Knoppix link below:

im asking for an explanation, ur link doesnt answer my question, im booting KNOPPIX from a usb drive and im aware that everything resets once u shutdown its the same when i use Ubuntu on my laptop but it takes no time installing everything i need so that doesnt bother me
