Java plugin for Mozilla 1.7.6

Hi there,

could someone please help me with installing java plugin for Mozilla 1.7.6. I have found few in internet but for some reason I cannot make them work. Which one I should install and how?

I could concider myself a newbie but I've found from Mozilla's Help/About Plug-ins a link that will take to download site. Unfortunately even I cannot make the plug-in to work. My Mozilla version is the one of yours. But which os do you have? I don't know if it matters but I have Fedora Core 2.
