I'm trying to install "jre-1_3_1_11-linux-i586.rpm.bin". I run it in "shell" and I get the java dialog bla bla and then it get's to where you accept or decline but the text doesn't go down far enough to accept or decline, it just says "more". How can I get the rest of the text so it'll install?
Sorry, I use the other file from the sun website, the one that isn't a self-installing rpm. On mine I just press 'space' when it says 'more' (just like with the 'more' file pager) until it finishes and then it prompts me to type yes or no. What about cursor keys? Do they scroll it? Try a different shell, or do it straight in the console (if you're in X windows then press CTRL+ALT+F2)
