Question issues with ubuntu and dell dimension c521

i have a brand new dell dimension c521 with 4gigs ddr5300 500gb sata2 and a 512mb onboard video card

it works fine but for 3 issues...
1) some form of timer error flashes acrost the screen.
2) logitec bluetooth dinovo media center edition keyboard mouse and mediapad do not work...have to unplug them at logon and plug them back in to make them function correctly.

3) the sound card DOES put out sound windows xp recognises it iirc as a c-audio onboard card...the problem is in linux this soundcard will not capture sound..

are there any fixes for these issues?
i hope to at least get the soundcard and keyboard to work correctly

thank you
Elphias
