Unhappy Issue installing VMware-server-1.0.6-91891 in Fedora 9

Hi there,
I just tried to install vmware server 1.0.6 in Fedora 9 and ran into this issue:

Execution aborted.

Here's my linux kernel:
2.6.27.21-78.2.41.fc9.i686

I've installed most of the prereqs:
[server@localhost]$ sudo yum install kernel-devel xinetd gcc gcc-c++ perl-devel perl-ExtUtils-Embed
Loaded plugins: refresh-packagekit
Setting up Install Process
Parsing package install arguments
Package kernel-devel-2.6.27.21-78.2.41.fc9.i686 already installed and latest version
Package 2:xinetd-2.3.14-20.fc9.i386 already installed and latest version

Package gcc-c++-4.3.0-8.i386 already installed and latest version
Package 4perl-devel-5.10.0-40.fc9.i386 already installed and latest version
Package perl-ExtUtils-Embed-1.27-40.fc9.i386 already installed and latest version
Nothing to do

Can someone please advise?
Thanks in advance!

Could check Kang's patch. (Make a backup of your vm.* driver tarballs in /usr/lib/vmware/modules/source/,) download http://www.insecure.ws/warehouse/vmw...5.5.7-2.tar.gz and run the ./runme.pl.
