Issue booting Proliant 5000
I have Fedora Core 1 running happily on a Compaq Proliant 5000 (yeah it's old but it was free ;) ). I've overcome all the usual issues but everytime I (or the power company) hard boot the box I have to hit F1 to get to Grub.
Where do I need to install grub to make it auto load into fedora? |
Shameless bump. I currently have it installed to the boot sector of the first partition of the first logical drive in the array.
Should I install it to the MBR for the array? and if so how do i add an option to boot to the system utils partition? (oh and yes this is also a shameless BUMP ;) ) |
