iso image download help

hello friends
I am new to linux & trying to download ISO image from LQ
I was able to download some images but in some cases (like in debian)when i tried to download the image then a web page
which is full of weird chracters appears
however while downloading fedora i got regular download box of mozilla firefox on my windows 2000

Right click on the link for the iso image and select "save link target as.." or something similar (I'm not sure of the exact wording of the selection).
