Post Is there any good free alternative to flash ?

For clarity, I'm NOT referring to standard programs that allow you to view flash with internet explorer. I'm looking for a program in which i can create flash animated web icons. I want to know if there is a good free ware program for this...?

Also I want to know is there any substitute to flash website.

Thanks in advance

http://www.osalt.com/flash

It refers to a project called OpenLaszlo. I have not personally used this project so I don't know if it does what it says or even what you're looking for.

EDIT - that info is on the link as well, just discard my input...tnx!

Alternatevely, use OpenOffice's Impress, it can export presentations to swf, that can be played on the net...in a browser, of course.
