is there a zorin5 - google trust ?

Greetings,
Some days ago when of my registration i recall a post
of someone asking for infos about Zorin5 Distro -- this
request was NOT attended, if i remember correctly...

In a quest to detect different specific performaces of different distros on the issue of dvd handling (playing and recording), i installed and essayied several and ZORIN 5 was one of them and although i was not fully satisfyed with its performance i feel i must qualify this version as an 'above-standard' one.

I further refer that i came across with a weird scene:
when, using the accessory 'Web Browser Manager' and tryied either to uninstal Chrome or even just install Firefox or Opera, the very same msg box pops out:
"An error occurred!" and that was it.
No other explanation -- nothing. Except the option to agree and click the OK button.
Now, i ask should that be accepted as normal? Was this just an eventual misperformance or is it a PREFETCHED way of ensuring Google's browser acceptance?
Does anyone had this same experience with Zorin5 ?
Regards,
HN
