Is there a way to use MD5 checksums in Windows?

I'm having problems installing Fedora core 2 and all I can think of is corrupt images but I have no way of checking them because the directions on Fedora's site is how to use the checksums in Linux. Is there another way to use the checksum's or verify the ISOs?
