Is there a way to include winbind/ntp/autofs configuration in redhat kickstart file?

Hi,

I'm trying to create a custom redhat iso with minimal packages using Kickstart. I'm using the procedure I found on this site http://smorgasbork.com/linux/35-linu...rt-disc-part-3

But i'm having problem integrating winbind, ntp, samba, etch to the kickstart file. Using the Kickstart configurator, there's a Authentication portion there, but i don't think that's the right way to incorporate the settings to join a machine to AD.

Basically my goal is to create a custom iso where all the configuration for joining the machine to Active Directory is already there...Has anyone done something like this?

I appreciate any help.

Thanks.

In part 4 of that HOWTO it offers a two-stage %post so you can still install packages and then chroot to configure the ethernet device, resolver, NTP, PAM and NSS for Winbind. I suggest you try that route and when encountering problems post the steps you took, configuration (diffs?) and try to ask more specific questions.
