IRC Chatting

Im using Kopete to chat instead of using mIRC(in XP)
Kopete sucks
the most important problem Im facing is blocking/ignoring contacts
in Kopete you cant!!! or atleast I cant find it.
so if u want to stop talking to someone... you cant!

is there any other chatting program better that Kopete... or can I block contacts using Kopete?

PS: Im using Kubuntu 7

Try kvirc
