Not sure what you're asking, and you haven't followed up in some of your other threads with requests for more information. If you are ON their blacklist, you have to contact their administrator(s), and tell them to remove you, and ask how you got there. Chances are, it was for spam.
If you want to BUILD a blacklist, try checking the Postfix documentation, or Google:
