IP and Domain resolving to default virtual host

I am running apache with linux 9 and plesk. Now, i have done this config before with no probs, but now i am stumped

i wanted to assign static ips to some of my domains and i am getting this problem with 2 domains they both resolve to the default web directory showing my default server page.

On 2 domains this worked fine fine and 2 do not. No matter what i do the godamn ip address and domain name resolve to the default web directory. I am ripping my friggin hair out over this.

Files i have changed are:

/etc/hosts
/var/named/run-root/etc/named.conf
/var/named/run-root/var/domainname
/etc/resolv.conf
httpd.include

I simply copied the parts from domains that worked. What else should i check?

I know its basic, but have you restarted Apache since modifying the httpd.conf? its so obvious, its easy to forget.

Yeah it is something wierd, i mean defaulting to the default site is due to apache not seeing the site in the config, but they are both there.
