IP Address Always keep Changing?

I have a RHEL Machine on which I have provided static IP.Through netconfig I have configured Static IP.Now Everyday I see developers difficult to login after sometime due to new IP Assigned automatically.
I checked with dhclient(which I thought could be the real culprit).
I ran the command and could see IP changing.

Now I dont have an idea how its running automatically after certain period.I tried to check any service but couldnt find that.
As for temporary purpose, I went to /sbin/dhclient and moved it to dhcient.old.

I just did it and no idea will it change next time or not.But I know well this isnt the correct way to fix it.
Help appreciated??

You could check with it in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth<x>.

I am surprised that the device even starts with that configuration... you should fill in the current values, I believe TYPE should equal ethernet for a standard network port. You should already know the Ip address and netmask. You should also have GATEWAY=<gateway ip> in their too. Once you have configured that file correctly, restart the network service.
