Are you able to ping out? Try running this command sequence. Also, are your DNS servers listed in /etc/resolv.conf
Code:
$ service iptables stop
$ ping linuxquestions.org
$ ping 64.179.4.149
$ cat /etc/resolv.conf

As previously mentioned, it looks like an unconfigured /etc/resolv.conf.
What do you get when you list that file ?
You should call your internet provider to ask what are the Ip adresses of their DNS servers and add them to your /etc/resolv.conf

the comand "service iptables stop" doesn't work.

The DNS adress server is configured in /etc/resolv.conf (205.188.146.146)

I can ping my IP but don't ping outside.
