You've to enter your service provider's details(user name and password) inside the 'dsl' tab of network manager gui.

Does it show connected in Notification Area?
Did you add proxy and port in browser's proxy settings?
Are you using wired or wireless?

Hi,
Thanks. This problem is solved now. I am using FireFox Browser. I have done the required setting. Edit->Preferences->Advanced->Settings->HTTP Proxy & Port #.
