Internet Load Balancing
 
I have configured a router in linux. Now my office wants to get internet connection from anothe ISP. Now what I have to do is load balance the both ISP connection to use in a single inside LAN.

So what should I need and how it can be configured with perfect load balancing ?

For load balancing and failover, pFsense (http://www.pfsense.org/) and Zentyal (http://www.zentyal.com/) are both worth having a look at. pFsense is pretty specialized, while Zentyal provides a wide range of server facilities.
